Withdrawal Policy

1. Eligibility for Withdrawal

• Users must have a verified account to request a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 Rs.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment methods linked to the user’s account (e.g. bank account, UPI).
• Users must have completed the required KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

2. Processing Time

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business days.
• Processing times may vary based on the payment method and bank policies.
• Delays may occur due to security checks or compliance requirements.

3. Withdrawal Limits

• Daily withdrawal limit is 10,000 Rs.

4. Fraud & Security Checks

• The platform reserves the right to withhold or reject withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Reversal & Cancellation

• The platform reserves the right to reverse withdrawals in case of violations of terms.

6. Taxes & Legal Compliance

• Users are responsible for paying applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on Net Winnings as per Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act of Govt. of India.
